At the announcement of the partnership deal between FIG and DCM ATN at Labelexpo India 2024

Flexo Image Graphics (FIG), a distributor & service provider of flexo presses & associated equipment in the Indian sub-continent, has joined hands with DCM ATN, a leading French manufacturer of printing & converting machines. Based out of Nanterre, France, DCM ATN has a portfolio of machines for printing, waxing & lamination, slitting rewinding, rewinding & inspection, shrink sleeve, and many other special machines.

Gourav Roy, managing director, Flexo Image Graphics, said, “We are delighted to announce our partnership with DCM ATN for distributorship of the company’s flagship printing & converting machines in India.” DCM machines are globally acclaimed for very easy to use, precise, efficient, reliable, robust, and lasting for years, nearly 30 years in general!

On their partnership with FIG, Jason Elvery, area manager, Asia, DCM ATN, says, “Most importantly, FIG has an excellent customer-focused attitude to bring real solutions for their customers. It has been just a matter of few months since we collaborated with them, but they have so far sold a handful of DCM machines, which include machines for slitting, sleeve seaming, doctoring plus perforation, and cutting for shrink sleeves.”

According to Elvery, India has quite a mixed market where certain printing & conversion companies prefer lowest cost machines. “What I found in the current Indian printing and packaging conversion market is that more and more companies start recognizing the fact that paying a bit more for the right machines eventually enables them to engage in more efficient and economical production with quality and consistency,” he adds.

With its profound experiences and background of designing and manufacturing of converting machines for more than 70 years in the industry, DCM ATN has been one of recognized technical leaders in the world’s slitter rewinder market. “We have been designing and manufacturing shrink sleeve seaming machines over the last 40 years. Such a prolonged experience like this makes us a technical leader in the market,” says Elvery.

FIG has been an India distributor of reputed global brands such as Mark Andy, Rhyguan, Rotoflex, Luster, Kluge, KDS Quantum, Presstek, DYM Machinery, etc. for years. The list keeps expanding with regular additions of newer brands. DCM ATN is the newest addition to the list.
