Nautilus ProCycle: Mondi expands premium recycled portfolio
The high-quality recycled paper, produced in Austria, boasts an ISO brightness of 100% and a whiteness of 135% according to the specifications of the International Commission on Illumination (CIE).

Mondi’s Nautilus ProCycle, a high-quality paper made from 100% post-consumer waste for demanding print applications, demonstrates that sustainability and excellence can go hand in hand. Mondi has expanded the Nautilus ProCycle portfolio by including grammages between 100 and 300 g/sqm for folio and 100 and 120 g/sqm in reel format. The paper meets the highest ecological standards, which are reflected in relevant certifications such as Cradle to Cradle Bronze, Blue Angel, FSC and EU Ecolabel. This enables companies to contribute to the circular economy, conserving natural resources and promoting sustainability.

Recycled paper for professional corporate identity projects

The high-quality recycled paper, produced in Austria, boasts an ISO brightness of 100% and a whiteness of 135% according to the specifications of the International Commission on Illumination (CIE). This makes the paper ideal for various print applications, including letterheads, envelopes, marketing brochures, company reports, advertising materials, invoices, quotations, and more. As a medium, it is perfect for conveying a consistent corporate brand image, making it particularly suitable for professional corporate identity projects.

Grammage extension for an even wider range of applications

Until now, Nautilus ProCycle has been available in A4 and A3 formats in 80 g/sqm as well as in reels in 90 g/sqm. Due to its special quality and the correspondingly high demand, Mondi has significantly expanded the portfolio to include grammages ranging from 100, 120, 160 and 200, up to 300 g/sqm in folio, as well as 100 and 120 g/m² in reels. As a result, companies benefit from more application options and a complete representation of the entire range of printed communication media.

Mondi collaborated with a key customer in Switzerland, Antalis AG, which is pioneering the launch of this innovative product. “With the expansion of the Nautilus ProCycle portfolio, Antalis now offers a truly comprehensive recycling solution, enabling us to meet a wide variety of market demands,” says Hugo Schoder, Print Sales Manager at Antalis AG.

Valuable contribution to the environment

“With Nautilus ProCycle, we have chosen a particularly sustainable and conscientious approach to nature and its resources. Our goal is to provide 100% recycled paper of the highest quality, purity, and whiteness, enabling customers to use it for any application without compromise – while making a valuable contribution to the environment,” explains Bernhard Cantzler, marketing and sales director at Mondi Uncoated Fine Paper. “Mondi remains deeply committed to the recycled paper market, and with our Nautilus ProCycle range, we reaffirm our commitment to providing sustainable and high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers,” Bernhard adds.
