AirPack

As Europe’s multi-chamber inflatable packaging specialist, AirPack is totally focused on inflatable packaging, which is constantly being expanded and developed in coordination with the research taking place at the development facility in its factory. AirPack holds over one million bags within its European warehouses, which includes its extensive range of inflatable packaging for wine bottles, toner cartridges, electronics and pharmacy products.

AirPack’s standard bags are made from 100 micron co-extruded plastic, for toughness and strength, and will stay firmly inflated for over 2 years, offering very strong and durable protection for fragile items. AirPack bags are inflated via a single nozzle using a standard compressor or hand pump, which passes air through a series of patented one-way valves into independent air chambers that then inflate and mold themselves around the product to provide the maximum possible protection.

Once inflated, Airpack’s packaging provides fragile goods with superior protection during transit due to the unique cushioning effect of a series of individual inflation chambers that
mold themselves around the product. In the event of one of the independent air chambers getting punctured during transit, the remaining chambers remain inflated and any subsequent shock is dispersed through the remaining chambers to ensure that the product remains protected.

AirPack will supply custom inflatable packaging bags specific to the particular requirements of customers. Having their own factory enables them to provide samples and fulfill custom
packaging orders quickly and with low minimum orders. AirPack’s custom packaging materials protect everything from electronics, glass bottles and mirrors, to valuable fine art.

AirPack’s inflatable packaging for protecting fragile goods during transit can save costs by reducing expensive breakages and damaged product returns. The packages are made from
good quality materials to ensure that air doesn’t leak through the plastic film. It’s advanced multi-chamber design ensures that if one chamber is damaged, the other chambers remain
inflated. It conforms to the shape of the packed object and is resistant to moisture and humidity, which is ideal for electronic items.
