At PrintPack India 2025, Komori India will present a catalog stall, where there will be no physical showcase of machines. The company will, however, virtually present some new and latest machines, including the Komori Lithrone GX40 Ex edition and Komori Enthrone G29, a new version of the Enthrone 29, for discussion with its Indian customers.
The company says the Komori Lithrone GX40 Ex edition is the new benchmark for productivity and sustainability. The press features new functions to reduce power consumption up to 18% while printing, realizing a stable feeder and delivery option to cut waste paper. Likewise, the Enthrone G29 is an upgraded model with new specifications combining reduced power consumption and ROI enhancement.
The Komori Lithrone GX40 Ex edition, which was launched at drupa 2024, is a UV-equipped 40-inch 7-color sheetfed offset press with inline double coater. It features double-coating capability alongside Komori’s super short makeready and smart color capacities.
The Enthrone G29 is yet another compact and capable machine to deliver high-quality prints, which has been adopted worldwide for its outstanding cost efficiency, Rohilla said. Komori India is set to share its features, prowess, and other aspects at PrintPack India 2025 and is planning its India launch.
“Komori machines are highly cost-efficient as compared to our competitors in the Indian market. They are suitable for our Indian customers. In fact, our customers in India are fully satisfied with the machines as well as the rigorous training they get from our engineers and support from our after-sales service. After all, unlike our competitors, steady availability of our spare parts is highly appreciated by our customers,” Jitender Rohilla, GM, Komori India said.
“Both the machines, Komori Lithrone GX40 and Enthrone G29, are the latest developments with which converters and printers can leverage the latest printing technology to reduce costs of energy consumption, enhance operator efficiency, and propel businesses to new heights. Packaging converters can garner benefit with Lithrone GX40’s added capability to run larger sheet sizes up to 750 mm x 1050 mm with thickness up to 1 mm, delivering 18,000 sheets an hour,” he added.
The Komori India stand at PrintPack India 2025 will have galleries of print samples, which have been produced on different Komori machines currently running with its Indian customers, which include commercial printers, book printers, and packaging converters working for big brands.
“We have been participating in PrintPack over the past many years to showcase our direct presence in the Indian market, and it has been one of our important shows,” Rohilla concluded.
