A successful CPhI & P-Mec event in Greater Noida

The 13th edition of South Asia’s biggest pharma event, CPhI & P-Mec India Expo 2019, was organized by Informa Markets India (formerly UBM India) from 26 to 28 November 2019, at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida. The event, with more than 1,500 exhibitors, included industry leaders from across the globe. The event was supported by the pharmaceutical industry, including Pharmexcil, CIPI, and the Indian Drug Manufacturers’ Association (IDMA). The pharma processing side of the exhibition, spread across 15 halls, was packed with visitors, including manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and industry experts. However, the Innopack section in Hall 14 did not attract as much footfall this year. “The footfall in this hall is not as good as the others. It may be because the visitors are not aware of the machine manufacturers in this hall. It was better organized in Mumbai,” said Sachin Dahake, deputy general manager of marketing, Uflex.
