Shenso, a joint venture established by two Delhi-NCR headquartered companies Sodhisons and Daya in 2016, has recently become the Indian distributor for Jiangsu Fangbang Machinery, a manufacturer of paper bag making machines. The Shenso joint venture for certain equipment and markets has an installed based in India of converting equipment and operates independently of Sodhisons and Daya’s other manufacturing and sales activities. 

Jiangsu Fangbang Group founded in 1990 has two fully owned subsidiaries, including the headquarter company Jiangsu Fangbang Machinery and Zhejiang Hancent Technology which is it new production base. The group has modern manufacturing equipment including multi-axis turning and milling from leading tooling suppliers such as the German DMG MORI, Spanish Correa, and Korean Doosan and quality laboratory is equipped with Zeiss 3-coordinate instruments.

Fangbang is already known in India and several installations at customers such as Detpak, Printbag, Toybe, and DJS Printers. It is a manufacturer and supplier of automated roll-fed and sheet fed bottomed paper bag machines and also machines for square and flat bottom paper bags. It also supplies flexo presses for luxury, shopping and grocery bags and also bags used for eCommerce including those with peel and seal strips using hot melt glue in several formats.

Shenso is hopeful of gaining traction in the India market for the Fangbang paper bag machines as it has been with its distribution of other converting equipment. It says that its objective is, “Through our products and solutions, to continue contributing to make printers’ facilities a more sustainable and environmentally committed.”
