The Jaipur-based Miracle Group has expanded its automated capacity with machines from DGM India — procuring a TechnoFold 1100PC, a SmartFold 1100PC folder gluer, and a SmartFlute X 1450 automatic flute laminator. Miracle Group is a provider of packaging solutions, manufacturing a wide range of products including cartons, flexible packaging, labels, plastic cans, and corrugated boxes.

According to Hemendra Agarwal, managing director of the Miracle Group, the company is focusing on growth. “We are already strong in the corrugated and folding carton segment and continuing to enhance infrastructure and add capacity. Our recent acquisitions will help expand our market presence,” he said.

Agarwal says both the Indian packaging industry and the market are very dynamic. As the trends keep changing, the packaging group thrives with continued investments in automation and adding capacity. “The inclusion of machines from DGM is one such investment that has proved to be beneficial,” he said.

Miracle Group had on 3 April 2024 announced the acquisition of two companies — Sattik Packaging, a carton producer based in Iswaripur, just north of Kolkata in West Bengal, and Shivalik Container, located in Khairi, 50 kilometers east of Ambala in Himachal Pradesh.

Sattik Packaging is known for its expertise in manufacturing corrugated boxes, mono cartons, and rigid packaging solutions, while Shivalik Container specializes in corrugated packaging. The inclusion of Sattik Packaging and Shivalik Container will enable Miracle to offer a more diversified product range, further solidifying its position as a leading packaging solutions provider in India. It already has plants in several states, including Bihar, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Punjab. It has five packaging plants in Jaipur itself.
