ACE (advanced channel engraving) technology to be highlighted along with their new engraving technology ASC (Acme Super Cell) at the Printpack 2025.

At the upcoming Printpack India 2025, Acme Rolltech, an India-based manufacturer of anilox rolls and sleeves, will showcase its ACE (advanced channel engraving) technology, which offers the advantages of both channel engraving and hexagon engraving cell structure.

Apart from highlighting samples and the engraving pattern, the Acme team will launch their new engraving technology ASC (Acme Super Cell) at the exhibition. Printpack 2025 is slated to take place from 1 to 5 February 2025 at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida.

We consider ourselves the flag bearer of the flexo ancillary industry for made-in-India products. Printpack being one of the special exhibitions for all printing and packaging segments, is important for us,” said Sandeep Sharma, director, Acme Rolltech.

Acme Rolltech, which came into existence in 2019, makes ceramic anilox, which was never manufactured by an Indian company before. It supplies narrow web labels, wide web flexo, stack flexo, CI flexo, offset, film coating applications, and specialty coating applications. “We can make anilox up to 4500 mm in size.”

At Labelexpo 2024, the company launched five new anilox for embellishment – AGLIT (Acme glitter anilox), ATXR G (Acme texture gloss anilox), ATXR M (Acme glitter anilox matt), AHDW 2.0(Acme High Density White 2.0) and ATAC 2.0, the second version of the Acme Tactile. At Printpack 2025, Acme Rolltech will showcase samples of these products.

This year we are participating in Printpack 2025 with the theme of embellishments. We will showcase samples of our ATAC 2.0 special anilox for screen type raised effect and AGLIT – Acme glitter anilox. Visitors will be able to see our anilox running at various flexo presses during the show,” Sharma said.

The ACE technology to be highlighted at the exhibition was launched at Labelexpo Brussels 2023. According to Sharma, this technology is gaining traction among customers wanting to print at higher LPI. It’s a combination where certain customers use regular hexagon as well as the ACE, he said. Many customers have approached the Acme Rolltech team for the ACE technology as well as the specialized embellishment applications.

Acme Rolltech will be present in hall 7, stand D-5.
