Team DGM India with Team Agarwal Matpac at Pamex 2024
Jaipur-based Agarwal Matpack Industries finalized the purchase of four machines from DGM India during Pamex 2024 in Mumbai. The acquisition of these machines, including Technofoil 1050FC, Technocut 1050S, Smartfold 1100SL, and Technofold 1100PC, aligns with Agarwal Matpac’s larger investment strategy for expanding its presence in the folding cartons business.
Nilesh Agarwal of Agarwal Matpac expressed satisfaction with their previous investment in DGM technology. “A few years ago, we acquired a folder gluer from DGM India based on positive industry feedback about DGM’s technology and excellent after-sales service. The performance of the DGM folder gluer has exceeded our expectations. Therefore, when it came to adding more converting equipment, our choice was clear – we went exclusively to DGM.”
The acquisition of these machines is part of Agarwal Matpac’s broader investment initiative, reflecting its commitment to expanding in the packaging space, especially in folding cartons. Nilesh Agarwal explained, “With ambitious plans for growth, we aim to cater to a diverse range of customers by investing in foil stamping, die-cutting, and folding gluing machines simultaneously.”
To support this expansion, Agarwal Matpac is in the process of establishing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Jaipur, where the newly acquired machines will be installed. This facility will feature advanced technologies, including rigid box making and label printing, contributing to the company’s enhanced capabilities in the packaging industry.
