AIPIA Global Smart Packaging Program 2021 strengthened for bigger impact

The Active and Intelligent Packaging Industry Association that recently held its first Smart Packaging Solutions Virtual Congress for India and South Asia on 19 March 2021, has announced some changes to the rest of its Global Smart Packaging Program events for 2021. The AIPIA states, “Herewith we inform you that we have made some changes to our previously announced 2021 Global Smart Packaging Program in order to deliver a stronger series and offer both delegates and speakers the high-quality events which can be expected from us.” The China Congress, a hybrid virtual and live event in Shanghai, will now be two weeks later than originally planned. It is now taking place on 23rd June 2021 and will coincide and co-locate with the ProPak China and FoodPack China exhibitions. The Supply Chain online Congress scheduled for May has been moved later in the year, to September 16. The Sustainability & Recycling event will now be co-located with the Digitalization and Connected Packaging Virtual Congress and the date for this event will move slightly earlier, to 2nd November.
