DGM India has closed deals for five machines during the recently concluded IndiaCorr Expo 2022 that was held in Mumbai from 8-10 October. The company did not put up a booth at the expo, and the deals were signed on the sidelines of the event.

“We did not have a booth at the expo, but I was there at the Bombay Exhibition Centre on all three days to interact with the visitors and customers. These five deals were signed and closed during these three days,” says Puneet Aggarwal of DGM India

The company has sold two die cutters and three folder gluers. The deals signed at IndiaCorr Expo include two Technocut 1050S die-cutters, two Technofold folder gluers, and one Smartfold folder gluer. Out of these five machines, one is going to a customer in North India, and the rest four are going to customers in West India.

Aggarwal says that the expo was very well organized, with a good number of visitors and potential customers in attendance. He was also impressed with the quality of the exhibitors.

“The expo had a large number of solutions providers for both corrugation and folding carton customers. It was happening after a long gap, so the excitement among the visitors was also clearly visible. Despite not having a booth, we spent our time interacting with a number of visitors. Not only have we signed deals for five machines, but but we have also got good leads which we can pursue in the coming weeks and months,” Aggarwal says.

Aggarwal took charge of DGM India in late 2018, and since then, the company has seen robust growth, and the number of employees has also grown. The company now has 17 employees, 12 of them only for after-sales services.

DGM India had a great 15th PrintPack exhibition as well, which was held in Great Noida earlier this year. The company sold five die cutters, one hot foil stamping machine, and nine folder gluers during the expo.
