Tritron's HydroGel inkjet inks

Tritron, a Coesia company and specialist in innovative digital ink solutions for industrial applications, highlights its latest advancements in water-based HydroGel inkjet inks and UV LED inkjet inks at drupa 2024, Hall 3, Stand E54, between 28 May to 7 June 2024.

Tritron’s focus for this year’s exhibition is on the advanced capabilities of its digital inks, meticulously tailored to meet the varied and demanding needs of industrial printing. The UV LED inkjet inks are ideal for both single-pass and multi-pass printing, offering significant energy efficiency, high printing speeds of 50 meters per minute and above, excellent adhesion on difficult substrates, and high durability with strong abrasion resistance. These inks provide superior performance and reliability in highly challenging industrial environments.

HydroGel inkjet inks, utilizing Tritron’s unique HydroGel technology, are environmentally friendly and water-based. These inks deliver high-resolution print results, enabling direct printing on both absorbent and non-absorbent materials. They offer high elasticity and plasticity, making them suitable for deep drawing applications, along with high scratch resistance and outstanding durability. Tritron’s innovative solutions are designed to enhance performance and sustainability in industrial printing.

“We are thrilled to present our latest digital ink solutions at drupa 2024,” said Barbara Schulz, DPS Cluster CEO at Coesia. “Our HydroGel and UV LED inkjet inks set new standards in print quality, efficiency, and sustainability, addressing the critical needs of industrial printing applications.”

Visitors at Tritron’s booth at drupa 2024 will be able to explore the future of digital inks for industrial applications.
