The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) has announced bookings for the second IntraPac India Exhibition. The event, covering a wide range of sectors in the packaging and processing industry, will take place at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, from 10 to 13 December 2025. The same venue successfully hosted the inaugural edition earlier this year, attracting participation from 175 companies.
After the success of the first edition, IPAMA is confident that the second edition will be even larger and more impactful. Exhibitors in the first edition showcased products and innovations across various packaging sectors, including flexible packaging, plastic, glass, tin, paper, corrugation, and labeling. The event also featured two dynamic conferences, further enhancing its reputation as a must-attend industry event.
India Expo Centre is equipped with modern facilities to host international exhibitions and easily accessible by metro, rail, and air. A variety of hotels, from budget options to five-star accommodations, are available within a 3-5 km radius. Additionally, the venue’s proximity to historical sites in Delhi-NCR allows visitors to explore the region during downtime.
Some of the key segments include food and beverages, confectionery, plastic, pharma and cosmetics, rigid packaging, aseptic packaging, glass, filling, sealing, labeling, paper and flexible, metal, intralogistics, protective packaging, biodegradable packaging, traceability and tracking, automation and robotics, corrugation, snack & bakery packaging, testing & weighing systems, packaging consumables and services, cutting machinery.
IPAMA says it is committed to making participation affordable, particularly for MSME units. Rates have been set at Rs 8,500 per square meter for bare space and Rs 9,500 per square meter for shell space. Early bird discounts of Rs 1,000 per square meter are available for exhibitors who adhere to the payment schedule. Additional discounts are offered to IPAMA members. Exhibitors and business visitors will also benefit from a range of complimentary services, to be announced soon.
To promote the exhibition, IPAMA has partnered with several national and international associations, media outlets, and magazines. Marketing efforts will include print and electronic media campaigns, along with promotional meetings in various states in the months ahead.
With the dates confirmed, IPAMA’s marketing team has already begun receiving booking requests. Space will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
