Faridabad-based Alliance Printech, a manufacturer of narrow-web flexo presses, inspection slitter-rewinders, and other converting and finishing equipment, participated in Labelexpo India 2024 with its flexo and inspection solutions. The company talked about its new flagship machine Nova A7, the latest evolution in its Nova series.
Alliance Printech also announced a strategic partnership with Monotech Systems, a digital production solutions provider, at the show. As part of the collaboration, Alliance Printech will become the official partner of Monotech Systems’ inkjet imprinting systems for integration on their manufactured flexographic presses. The two companies will join forces to develop new inkjet solutions, advancing the capabilities of printing technology for the label and packaging sectors.
Speaking on the collaboration, Jatinder Kumar Julka, managing director of Alliance, said, “Our partnership with Monotech Systems strengthens our reach in the global market. The development of transport systems for Monotech’s inkjet presses will be a game-changer, offering high speed, flexibility, and quality for label printers and packaging converters.”
Tej Prakash Jain, MD of Monotech Systems, said on the partnership, “We are thrilled to announce this collaboration with Alliance Printech at Labelexpo India 2024. Their strong market presence and technical expertise make them an ideal partner to expand the reach of our inkjet systems for flexo presses. Together, we will create new opportunities for our customers, driving the future of printing with advanced inkjet solutions.”
On technology, Aryaman Julka, head of international sales, explained that the Nova A7 is designed to meet the growing demand for high-specification machines in the Indian market and rising expectations from international customers.
“The machine boasts dual-servo motors on each printing unit, making it a true multi-substrate flexo press. Additionally, we showcased multi-substrate application samples and debuted a new tool for printers called ‘The Printer’s Friend’ diary.”
For the flexo machine manufacturer, Labelexpo has always been an opportunity to learn and meet industry peers. The company, which has been participating in Labelexpo since 2012, says that this is the best even in the eyes of its visitors. “We wanted to demonstrate our machine’s capabilities to the Indian printer fraternity and collaborate with our valuable partners to bring something new,” Julka said.
“The industry has been growing at a great pace and we expect significant progress both in terms of size and quality. This show is a great opportunity for the industry to upgrade and set new standards. Our target audience at the exhibition will be solution providers looking for a holistic partnership for mutual development. Our USP is our experience not just in building India’s highest ROI flexo presses but in helping our customers grow their business,” he concludes.
