
At Labelexpo India 2024, Avery Dennison, a global name in material science and technology, showcased its innovations that enhance sustainability, optimize the supply chain, and strengthen connections between consumers and brands. It highlighted an array of innovations that intertwine the physical and digital aspects of the labeling industry, with technologies designed to boost brand engagement and enhance consumer interaction.
Avery Dennison displayed its newest products and solutions across five distinct divisions tailored to meet specific needs, including the sustainable ADvantage portfolio that features labels designed to minimize material use and promote recycling and reuse. Additionally, the specialty portfolio highlighted labels that enhance a brand’s premium appearance and include anti-counterfeiting solutions to meet growing regulatory and safety requirements.

From optimizing customer experience with the Avery Dennison customer portal and its next generation of paper and film materials to building brand connections with RFID and specialty materials for various industries to improving the supply chain with their digital ID solutions – the company had solutions for all labeling requirements.
Speaking on the packaging and label industry, Saurabh Agarwal, vice president and general manager of Avery Dennison’s Materials Group, South Asia, told Packaging South Asia that sustainability driven by regulation and consumer demand is the most significant trend. Intelligence is also important as consumers expect packaging to deliver more.
