Label Manufacturers Association of India (LMAI) has announced that Jaipur will be the venue for the forthcoming 2015 conference. The much awaited biennial event is scheduled to take place at the Fairmont Hotel in Jaipur from 16 to 18 July, 2015. The president of LMAI, Vivek Kapoor said, “Over the years, the LMAI conference has become an important platform for addressing various industry issues. This year we have increased the duration of the conference from two to three days to ensure that the delegates, who travel from around the country and the world to attend this event will get ample time to network and conduct B2B discussions.”

The LMAI biennial conference, attended by industry representatives is the largest gathering of the printers, manufacturers, and suppliers from the label printing industry. The three-day conference will have presentations by experts from the industry that would touch topics related to latest innovations in the packaging industry, packaging trends, impact of
technology and consumer trends. An eminent guest speaker from the packagingindustrywill also address the conference.

Explaining the theme for the conference and its rationale, Gururaj Ballarwad, chairperson – LMAI 2015 conference said, “The theme forthe 2015 conference is ‘Changing Paradigms,
EmergingChallenges,’ keeping inmind the ever changing dynamics of our industry be it in the space of packaging solutions and trends, impact of technology and consumertrends
on the future of packaging. The conference aims at identifying changing trends and helping to gear up to meet these challenges. LMAI’s mandate is always to resolve common issues faced by the industry.”
