DuPont’s newest offering Tyvek Xtreme W50

In its 14th installment, the Cold Chain Global Forum has significantly expanded the topics, session formats, speaking faculty and vendor options to help meet the industry’s emerging and ongoing challenges for 2016 and beyond. This year, there will be more than 100 speakers including industry leaders such as Steve Todd, senior GDP inspector at MHRA; Christopher Wallace, senior director, International Supply Chain Operations at Sanofi Genzyme; Terry Carrico, vice president, Corporate Security and Safety at McKesson; Bill McGillian, associate director, Logistics at Merck; and Rajesh Pednekar, head of distribution at Pfizer India.

“We’re thrilled to head back to Boston once again for the Cold Chain Global Forum,” said Claudia Rubino, divisional director – Cold Chain Portfolio, IQPC. “The Global Forum continues to be the leading event for temperature-controlled life science supply chains, and we’re pleased to have DuPont partner with us to help make the event a success.”

The event is designed to include eight pre-conference workshops, two in-depth masterclasses, two days of main conference sessions, roundtable discussions and panel discussions, and more than 14 hours of networking to discuss the most important challenges along with effective strategies and solutions within the cold chain industry.

DuPont will figure in the expo hall, featuring its newest offering Tyvek Xtreme W50, designed to bridge the gap between single-skin thermal covers and bulky thermal covers. DuPont Tyvek Cargo Covers offer better temperature and moisture control in shipments than traditional blankets and plastic wraps, which make them ideal for shippers of perishables such as pharmaceutical, fruit, vegetable and floral products.
