Alliance Printech, serving the printing, packaging, and converting industry for more than 11 years, has evolved to cater to the requirements of its customers by providing quality machines. At Printpack 2019, Alliance is showcasing a live demo of its latest flexo press — A3 Flexo Label Press — that has multiple substrate print capabilities for SA Label Stocks, PVC/PET/ BOPP films, metalized paper and films, and aluminum foil.

Jatinder Kumar Julka, chief executive officer of Alliance Printech says, “Printpack being a prestigious show that recieves visitor footfall in thousands, makes a good platform for us to display our flexo press. It presents us with a great opportunity to attract offset printers and packaging manufacturers who produce wraparound and shrink sleeve labels and flexible printers who may be looking for flexo presses for shorter runs.”

Talking about the A3 flexo label press, Julka explains, “It is the first indigeneously made machine equipped with dual capabilities that cannot be found in any other machine in India. The machine has an enclosed chamber and open inking system found in high-end European machines. Many Indian printers are unable to acquire those European machines owing to their high prices. The machine provides them the same benefits at lower prices.”

The flexo press manufacturer further explains that in India, there are many short-run requirements in the label industry which cannot be handled by regular press and the flexo press makes an ideal machine to print flexible labels in short quantities. Since the demands of the label indsutry change with consumer requirements, the manufacturers have to evolve to keep up with the changing environment. The flexo press manufacturer says that there are positive prospects for the machine in the label industry.
