At Printpack 2019, Robus announced the sale of its machines to two customers. Veronica Printers based in Haridwar bought a die-cutting machine and a folder gluer from Robus India. Apart from this, another customer named International Paper Products Manufacturing based in Kuwait bought a die-cutting unit, a folder gluer and a flute laminator from Robus India. The company is extremely happy with the service and training support it received from Robus. It is happy with the installation of this machine and says that it has been receiving good returns on the capital investment.
The company went on to say that the Robus team helped them run some of the most critical and complicated jobs on the machine successfully. It is looking forward to working with Robus again.
At the Robus stand at Printpack, we spoke to Prem P Vishwakarma, the director of the company and he said that the show has been extremely successful. “We were new during the previous edition of Printpack. We were interacting with the customers and trying to educate them but this time we have been very busy at the show and have sold 10 machines at the show. Printpack served as the perfect platform for us to meet new clients. We as suppliers got a chance to explain our products to many,” says Vishwakarma.
Faridabad-based Paragon Packagings purchased a JC1100 folder gluer with multiple gluers. The company is in packaging for more than 20 years now. The company began with a small corrugation unit and over a period of time it diversified to printing as well. Apart from this, the company makes monocartons also and to support its monocarton business, the company bought the new folder gluer from Robus. Paragon Packaging will be closing this financial year with 25 crores per annum and aims to go up to 40 crores next year and hopes to achieve the target with the newly purchased Robus machine.
