“We are getting exuberant response at Printpack India 2015,” says Vinod Nawab, director of Param Software. “Several reputed customers, including foreign customers, looking for MIS workflow solutions have visited our stand. Our first deal at the event is Pragati Graphics which opted for the label version of the ERP solution.” Param bagged six new customers at the event. At the mega event, the Indore-based company was offering live demos of the software.
“The time you take to respond to your customers’ orders decides how serious you are with your business,” says Nawab. “But there are many pain areas which need to be addressed intelligently to minimize lead time. With customizable features and different modules to choose from, Param ERP is an intelligent solution for wastage control, increased efficiency, timely delivery of jobs and much more.”
On being asked about wastage control, Nawab says that if one is aware of the figures, it can be controlled. “Machines integrated with an ERP solution can give the exact difference between estimated wastage and actual wastage. When the difference is high, senior management gets an alert in their mail who in turn can do a follow-up to avoid a similar circumstance in future. This brings discipline in the work space and thus adds value to the company in the long run,” says Nawab.
Param has more than 100 clients across the country including a large number of packaging printers and converters. Param’s major packaging clients in Western India are Can pac Trends, Art-O-Print and Creative Printers of Ahmedabad, and Rainbow and Crystal at Mumbai. In Bengaluru it has Brindavan, Sonika Graphics and Adroit Offset, while in Kolkata the big customers are Nextgen, Avail Printers and Sneh Comprint.
