Noida-headquartered Creative Graphics has become the first flexo plate supplier in the country with up-to-date digital flexo imaging and processing equipment across its four plants in Noida (Delhi/NCR), Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad. It has recently increased its capacity in Hyderabad with the installation of an Esko CDI Spark 4260 HD with a complete DuPont processing line.

Hyderabad is already one of the leading print and packaging and label printing and converting clusters in India, and in the past several years has added several CI flexo wide web presses, the most recent being two F&K presses at Shrinath Rotopack. In addition to being a strong label, carton and flexible packaging production center, the advent of Ikea in Hyderabad means considerable volumes of corrugated packaging will increasingly be required in the city and the region. In addition, Creative Graphics will be able to provide high quality digital flexo plates to converters in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Creative Graphic’s director Deepanshu Goel says, “We now have similar digital imaging and processing for flexo across all our plants in Noida, Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad. This gives total high quality and repeatability at all our plants, which means that brand owners should be able to match all their flexible packaging, labels and even printed corrugated cartons across all the regions. With a reasonable amount of standardization this can be done. We have replicated the same systems in Hyderabad as in our other three plants across the country to give our converters and their customers, the brand owners, high quality products across all locations. We are now closer to more of our clients and can offer shorter lead times as we try and stay ahead of the competition.”

Goel adds, “We have been working with Esko and DuPont for a long time and are satisfied with their robust equipment and materials that enable us to provide the highest quality plates. Their technical teams have also given us consistent support across all our four plants.”
