
Integrated packaging solutions company Pro Mach has acquired Stork-Texwrap, a manufacturer of fully automatic shrink wrapping systems. The addition expands Pro
Mach’s secondary packaging product line. Pro Mach will continue to maintain Texwrap’s current facility in Washington, Missouri.
Stork-Texwrap manufactures automated shrink wrap systems, including a full line of shrink wrappers, L-bar sealers, side sealers, tunnels, infeed solutions, and conveyors. It serves numerous food, bakery, industrial, pharmaceutical and printing companies worldwide.
Stork Fabricators, a full-service metal fabrication shop housed at the Stork-Texwrap facility, will also continue to operate and provide custom services including plasma and waterjet cutting, as well as CNC machining including laser, punch, turning, milling, press brakes, and more for a variety of industrial, commercial, military, and aerospace applications.
Texwrap will help Pro Mach access highly trained packaging distributor partners. These existing partnerships will allow Pro Mach to strengthen distributed products footprint and reach the broadest base of customers possible.

Pro Mach will feature its first multi-brand showcase at the interpack, where it will be in Hall 14 at Stand E31. On display will be international breadth of its filling and capping solutions, which includes Zalkin from France, NJM Packaging from Canada, and Pacific Packaging from the USA. Flexible Packaging solutions on display include FLtècnics from Spain and Mfatrix Packaging from the USA. Rounding out the lineup are product handling solutions on display including Shuttleworth from Belgium and Pace Packaging from the USA. Pro Mach will also have experts available to talk with attendees about integrated solutions and engineering services for complete packaging lines.
Zalkin, a global leader in capping solutions, will for the first appear with partner brands NJM, a leader in pharmaceutical packaging solutions, and Pacific Packaging, known for liquid filling and capping. Zalkin, NJM, and Pacific will have six different capping solutions on display, including new technologies that are debuting at interpack.
FLtècnics will feature rollstock horizontal form, fill, and seal pouch machine, and Matrix Packaging its technology leadership in vertical form, fill and seal bagging machinery with a high speed, fast changeover solution.
