The 14th Bangladesh International Plastics, Printing and Packaging Industry Fair (IPF), will take place from 17 – 20 January 2019. The event will be organized at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) for the first time. This venue will help IPF to attract more visitors and generate better business opportunities. The event will showcase the latest developments in the plastics, rubber, printing and packaging sectors.
The annual event is jointly organized by Bangladesh Plastic Goods Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BPGMEA) and Yorkers Trade & Marketing Service Co. Ltd. IPF has been hosting companies from the plastics, printing and packaging industries for over 13 years.
A 15% scale expansion with more top industry players
IPF will bring together more than 460 exhibitors from 19 countries and regions around the world, namely Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, and India, among others. The exhibitors will introduce top-of-the-line manufacturing solutions to the Bangladesh market, with seven main categories of exhibits including plastics and rubber machinery, raw materials, printing machinery, packaging machinery, machinery parts and accessories, and quality detection instrument and equipment. There are many world-renowned brands exhibiting at IPF, including leading Injection molding brands Woojin, Cheso and Borch; top extrusion line manufacturers Jinming Machinery, Mamta, and Liansu and many more. Visitors will also be able to interact with notable people from the industry.
Strong support from international industry and trade associations
Over the years, IPF has grown to become a highly professional trade event for industry professionals around the world, winning great support from many international industry and trade associations. Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI) and Taiwan Mold & Die Industry Association (TMDIA), for instance, are bringing their brands to the event. There will also be an Indian pavilion led by one of the nation’s most authoritative industry association, Organization of Plastics Processors of India (OPPI).
Around 33 Indian companies including, Rajoo Engineers, Mamta Extrusion systems, Ashling Impex, Nordmeccanica India, Bobst India, and Bry Air among other companies will participate in the trade fair in Bangladesh.
