RotoPixel, a flexible packaging printer and converter, recently installed a Pelican 4-layer extrusion lamination machine at its second plant in the Kundli-Sonepat industrial area in Delhi-NCR alongside its two rotogravure presses and solvent-less lamination machines. The company offers various production techniques such as extrusion coating, solvent-less and solvent-based adhesive laminates for namkeen, snacks, chips, cookies, confectionery, and personal care products.

Driven by its mission to help brands of all sizes stay competitive with stand-up pouches, lay-flat pouches, and roll stock, the company, established in 2017, leverages the latest technology in-house, for providing custom printed and laminated flexible packaging. Its blown film lines, rotogravure printing, extrusion coating, and lamination, in addition to solvent and solvent-less lamination, help deliver high-quality flexible packaging materials quickly and easily.

At present providing flexible packaging materials for FMCG products, the flexible film and laminate printer and converter plans to venture into the pharma packaging sector. Jeewan Goel, managing director of the company, said, “We have been serving snack giants such as Haldiram’s, Bikaji, and Bikano since 2017, and are interested in doing business with more key players in the food and snack industry as well as other sectors. The new plant commissioned at the end of March 2023 was set up with the idea to expand our business with the best available technology in the market.”

Optimum utilization of resources is the most efficient way of doing business, said Siddharth Goel, marketing head. “We always choose to use the resources available to us efficiently, in an attempt to not only serve the best for our clients but also the environment. We want only high-end technology at our plant from the most minute pieces of equipment to the biggest machines, this is an area where we draw a line of no compromise. All the machines at our plant are state-of-the-art technology. Our R&D focuses especially on the quality of the products as well as finding new innovative products for the market. With our new plant, backed by our strong and capable team, we aim to reach a production capacity of 1,000 tons a month.”

Jeewan Goel says, “Any machine we purchase, we make sure that it is the best at what it does. Thus, our most recent purchase of the Pelican extrusion lamination machinery. We began printing with Pelican gravure presses in 2017, and have been in close touch with them since then. Over time, we developed a close bond with Pelican as their machines have always been top-notch. The trust we have in the processing and performance of their machines and readily available customer services is commendable. Alongside the Pelican, we have a 4-layer extrusion lamination machine from Worldly in Taiwan.”

My father Ram Singh Goel, chief managing director of the company, believes that without the best technology at hand, one can never deliver a product with the finest quality”, Jeewan Goel adds, “We can only answer to the requirements of our customers both within the country and abroad if we have the means to make the desired product into a possibility. Many key players of FMCG snacks are associated with us as our clients and repeat customers. We are in talks with more brands to broaden our market portfolio.”

Siddharth Goel comments on the technology available with RotoPixel, “We have a lamination machine from Nordmeccanica in Italy whose solvent-less technology is considered to be the best all around the globe, and blown film lines from Windsor accommodate all our film extrusion needs. We focus on providing our customers with innovative packaging solutions and quality products, giving them an edge over their competitors. We work on the vision of providing the finest and most innovative products that stand out in the market and helps to boost the FMCG industry in India”.
