UPM Raflatac, a global supplier of innovative and sustainable self-adhesive paper and film products, has opened a new slitting and distribution terminal in Mumbai, India. The new facility further improves service and quality to UPM Raflatac’s customers and strengthens the relationships in the region.

The new Mumbai terminal, operational since February, will soon see the addition of another slitting machine. Its strategic central location extends UPM Raflatac’s reach across the country.

“The new terminal improves our competitiveness and thus better positions UPM Raflatac as one of the leading label suppliers in India,“ says Suresh Valecha, country manager, India, UPM Raflatac.

With the new Mumbai terminal opening, UPM Raflatac’s existing terminal in Bangalore, India, will be closed by the end of March 2024.

UPM Raflatac offers self-adhesive paper and film products including label materials, graphics solutions and removable self-adhesive products. It operates 12 factories and deliver our innovative and sustainable products through our global network of distribution terminals.’
