Mumbai-based Kunal Enterprises endorsed its new alliance with Toppan Printing,
Japan and showcased their assortment of products including the EP-Pak at Pamex
2015. Kunal Gandhi, executive to president, Kunal Enterprises, said, “The EP-Pak is a seven-layer paper liquid container with film barrier for a long life of products. With its outstanding content preservation properties, EP-Pak enables long-term storage at room temperature. Full-surface printing enhances the look of the pack. The distinguishing feature of the seven-layer film is that it is without an aluminium foil. Hence, it is easy to dispose
and even metal detectors can be used on production lines to check for foreign objects inside the pack.
Kunal Enterprises is a one-stop solution for press and prepress solutions in screen printing and offset printing. The company also showcased Sakurai’s fully automatic cylinder, flatbed and roll-to-roll cylinder screen printing machine through illustrations for printing of applications like electronics and industrial labels. “Various applications can be done by a
Sakurai machine as a value addition to commercial, packaging and publishing printers to get amazing effects with the help of UV including 3D effects with optically clear varnish and glitter UV among others,” said Gandhi. Speciality screen inks, 3Dsoftware and lenticular lens for printing, 3D solutions and 3D effects by micro array dots lens sheets for flexible circuits, membrane switches and RFID were other products displayed at the company stand.
